Retreats
For a dose of you.
Why we retreat
In 2025, I experienced a retreat that changed me forever.
I witnessed the magic that happens when people gather with the courage to be seen within a supportive community. During the retreat, I watched not only my own transformation, but the transformation of every participant.
I came home knowing I had to bring some of that magic to my own community.
Within two months, I created the Dose of Community Facebook Group, with a vision for it to one day become a retreat production company. A place where people on their own journeys of self-discovery could come together, step outside of their usual roles and responsibilities, and remember who they really are…their genius, their power, their purpose.
Not to escape their lives, but to return to them more whole, empowered, and in their authentic leadership.
To return to you.
Every Dose Of Retreat is built around a shared philosophy…
But no two experiences are exactly alike.
Each retreat begins with the same foundation: intentional community, movement, nervous system care, meaningful conversations, beautiful meals, adventure, and spaciousness to simply be.
From there, each experience takes on its own personality.
The energy evolves depending on the season, the leaders co-hosting, the workshops being offered, the excursions, and the intention we're gathering around.
Some retreats may invite rest. Others courage, alignment, or leadership.
Different humans.
Different conversations.
Different magic.
The same heartbeat.
01 / Held With Care
Our retreats prioritize comfort, safety, and genuine presence, so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
02 / Guided By Experience
Led by facilitators who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and create room for real transformation, not just a schedule of activities.
03 / Witnessed, Not Alone
Some of the most profound growth happens when we're witnessed, supported, and encouraged by others walking a similar path. You'll learn as much from the group as from anything else.
A Place Chosen With Intention
Every Dose of Retreat is held at Orquídea del Sur, an extraordinary private retreat property tucked along Nicaragua’s Pacific coast.
We return here because where you retreat matters.
This is not a hotel you simply check into. It’s a place designed to pull you out of your normal rhythm — ocean air, jungle, open spaces, long sunsets, and room to move slower than you usually do.
Days unfold between the open-air shala, tropical gardens, infinity pools, quiet corners, shared meals, and sweeping views of the Pacific.
The property feels both elevated and grounded. Luxurious without being polished within an inch of its life. Spacious enough to disappear for a while, but intimate enough to feel held.
Orquídea del Sur isn’t just the backdrop for the retreat.
It’s part of what makes the experience work.
What you’ll find here

Rooms & Retreat Pricing
Every Dose Of Retreat includes your stay at Casa Orquidea at Orquídea del Sur, the resort’s flagship private villa overlooking Nicaragua’s Pacific coast.
Designed to balance connection with privacy, Casa Orquidea gives us space to gather deeply without feeling like we’re all on top of one another. The estate includes eight bedrooms spread between the main house and separate poolside terrace rooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, dedicated outdoor space, and unobstructed views of the Pacific.
Beyond your room, the villa becomes part of the retreat experience itself — expansive shared living spaces, an upper veranda made for sunset, tropical gardens, an oceanfront patio, and two infinity pools woven into the landscape.
Your total retreat investment is based on the room you choose. Each option offers a different level of privacy and space, while every guest receives the same retreat experience — including accommodations, meals, guided programming, ceremonies, and shared retreat experiences.

Upcoming Retreat Experiences
Soul Expansion
January 31 - February 7, 2027
For the person who knows there’s more — but isn’t quite sure what comes next.
Soul Expansion is an immersive journey out of the mind and back into the intelligence of the body. Through Human Design, somatic movement, Kundalini, breathwork, sound, ceremony, emotional regulation tools, and deep integration, you’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that have been shaping your life — and create space for something new.
This retreat is for anyone feeling stuck, disconnected, restless, or simply ready to experience themselves differently. You don’t need years of personal growth work behind you. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to step outside the life you already know.

Wildly Remembered
March 14 to 21, 2027
A luxury women’s reclamation retreat.
Wildly Remembered is for the woman who is ready to stop performing, stop shrinking, and come back to herself.
Across seven days in Nicaragua, we’ll move through a journey of release, remembrance, receiving, reclamation, and rising — blending Human Design, nervous system work, embodiment, storytelling, ceremony, healing practices, adventure, and meaningful connection.
You’ll arrive with space to put down the roles, expectations, and stories you’ve been carrying. The intention isn’t to become someone new. It’s to reconnect with the woman underneath all of it — and leave more alive, more grounded, and more fully yourself.

Because we want to create a meaningful and supportive experience for everyone attending, each participant goes through an application process
First, you will complete an application sharing a little about yourself, your intentions, and what is calling you to this experience. After reviewing your application, we will send you a Calendly invitation to schedule a brief interview. This gives us an opportunity to connect, answer any questions, and make sure the retreat feels like the right fit for you.
After the interview, you will receive an acceptance email with next steps, or a follow-up email explaining why this particular retreat may not be the best fit at this time. Once accepted, you’ll receive a private reservation link where you can view available rooms.
Your retreat spot and room are officially secured once your $1,000 reservation deposit or full payment is submitted. -
Our retreats are for people who feel called to explore themselves more deeply, connect with like-minded individuals, and step away from the usual pace of everyday life to reconnect with what matters most. You do not need previous experience with psychedelics, meditation, breathwork, or personal development. All that is required is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to engage in the experience.

No. Not every retreat includes a psychedelic component, and any psychedelic experiences offered are always completely optional. You are never required to participate in any practice or experience that does not feel aligned for you.
Some retreats will be more focused on psychedelic exploration, while others will center more around practices such as breathwork, meditation, movement, connection, and personal development. If psychedelic experiences are not something you are interested in, we recommend choosing a retreat that is designed with a different focus.
-
No. Many participants are new to psychedelic experiences, retreats, or personal growth work. Each retreat is designed to meet you where you are, with preparation, support, and integration woven throughout the experience.
-
Preparation is an important part of the experience. Participants receive guidance before the retreat to help them set intentions, understand what to expect, and arrive feeling grounded and supported.
-
Integration is the process of bringing insights and experiences into your everyday life. The retreat experience itself is only one part of the journey. Integration helps you reflect on what you learned, identify meaningful changes, and apply those insights moving forward.
-
Absolutely. Many participants attend retreats on their own. These experiences are designed to help people connect, and many lasting friendships and meaningful connections are created during our gatherings.
-
Everyone's experience is different. Many participants leave with greater clarity, deeper self-awareness, new connections, and a renewed sense of purpose. The intention is not to become someone new, but to reconnect with the person you already are.
