WHY COMMUNITY
We believe the people around you matter. The right community can remind you of who you are, challenge you to grow, and help you see parts of yourself you might not see on your own.
You can do a lot of this work by yourself. But everything shifts faster when we surround ourselves with people walking a similar path. People who are also growing, changing, asking deeper questions, and becoming more of who they are.
That’s why Dose Of Community exists. Not as a place to perform your growth or pretend you have it all figured out, but as a place to connect, be real, share what you’re experiencing, and be reminded that you’re not alone.
We heal. We lead. We serve.
We heal ourselves so we can lead our own lives with intention. And when we learn to lead ourselves, we become better equipped to serve the people and communities around us. Because the work doesn’t end with us.
We can create the world of our dreams, together.

Dose Of began with one simple belief:
Personal growth shouldn't be a journey you navigate solo.
What started as a Facebook community has grown into something much bigger; a place where education, trusted guidance, and genuine human connection come together.
Whether online or in person, we create spaces where people feel safe to learn, ask questions, and grow alongside others.
Because community isn't what we offer.
It's who we are.
Meet the Founder
I had it all. A successful acupuncture practice, a wonderful husband, great friends, a full life filled with travel and dancing, and the freedom to work about 20 hours a week, earning a great living doing something I genuinely loved while helping people.
Sounds great, right? So why did I feel like something was still missing?
Over the past three years, I explored that question extensively, studying, training, traveling, and experimenting with different modalities and approaches to working with people. I also dedicated significant time to understanding myself and my spirituality. Each experience added a new piece to my puzzle. Gradually, I grew more confident in trusting my intuition, and with the help of Human Design and the Gene Keys, I came to understand my purpose more deeply.
I am meant to bring people together.
I knew healing was part of my purpose, but I also knew it wasn’t the whole story. I felt called to something bigger: creating spaces for deeper connection and empowering people to remember their genius.
I started the Dose of Community Facebook group in 2025 as a place for people to learn about micro-dosing and connect with others who are seeking to live more intentionally, challenge old patterns and limiting beliefs, and pursue personal growth.
Since then, I've watched people find their voice, challenge what they thought was possible, reconnect with themselves, and step more fully into who they are.
It’s been my greatest work. And I am so proud of everyone who has stepped out of their comfort zone and trusted me to lead them on this path of self-discovery and empowerment.
And now, I want to take what we’ve created online and bring it into the real world. I want us to step away from our everyday lives, gather in the same place, and experience the kind of connection that can only happen when we’re truly together.
I’m here to create spaces where people can be seen, supported, challenged, and reminded of their innate gifts. I’m here to hold space for people to remember who they’ve always been and reflect that back to them until they can see it, too.
I’m here to create spaces where you can connect, be witnessed, explore what lives in your heart and soul, and reconnect with your purpose. To remember what makes you uniquely you, and to have the courage to live from that place.
